يترقب عشاق كرة القدم نهائي كأس إنجلترا بين مانشستر سيتي وتشيلسي، اليوم (السبت)، في الـ5:00 مساء على ملعب «ويمبلي».
وكان مانشستر سيتي قد تأهل إلى المباراة النهائية بعد انتصار صعب على ساوثهامبتون بنتيجة 2-1، بينما تغلب تشيلسي على ليدز يونايتد بهدف دون رد.
السيتي يحلم بالثلاثية
ويحلم مانشستر سيتي بقيادة مدربه الإسباني بيب غوارديولا، بمواصلة حلم التتويج بالثلاثية المحلية هذا الموسم، إذ حصد لقب كأس كاراباو على حساب أرسنال في شهر مارس الماضي، ويأمل في التتويج بكأس إنجلترا على حساب تشيلسي، إلى جانب مواصلة الضغط على أرسنال في الصراع على لقب الدوري الإنجليزي مع تبقي مباراتين على نهاية الموسم.
تشيلسي في مهمة إنقاذ
في المقابل، يطمح تشيلسي، بقيادة مديره الفني المؤقت، إلى إنقاذ موسمه الكارثي عبر التتويج بلقب كأس إنجلترا، بعد فشله في التأهل إلى دوري أبطال أوروبا الموسم المقبل.
وستكون مباراة اليوم هي النهائي رقم 145 في تاريخ كأس الاتحاد الإنجليزي، لكنها الأولى التي تجمع بين تشيلسي ومانشستر سيتي في المباراة النهائية.
ومنذ موسم 2016-2017، يعد مانشستر سيتي وتشيلسي الفريقين الأكثر نجاحاً في كأس الاتحاد الإنجليزي، إذ حقق السيتي 45 انتصاراً مقابل 37 فوزاً لتشيلسي.
كما يتصدر الفريقان قائمة الأهداف المسجلة، بـ 159 هدفاً لمانشستر سيتي و111 هدفاً لتشيلسي، إلى جانب تصدرهما قائمة الشباك النظيفة بـ28 مباراة للسيتي و26 مباراة لتشيلسي.

On the other hand, Chelsea, under their interim manager, aims to salvage their disastrous season by winning the FA Cup after failing to qualify for the Champions League next season.
Today’s match will be the 145th final in the history of the FA Cup, but it is the first to bring together Chelsea and Manchester City in the final.
Since the 2016-2017 season, Manchester City and Chelsea have been the most successful teams in the FA Cup, with City achieving 45 victories compared to Chelsea's 37 wins.
Both teams also top the list for goals scored, with Manchester City netting 159 goals and Chelsea scoring 111 goals, along with leading the clean sheets list with 28 matches for City and 26 matches for Chelsea.
